Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender Manager & Bartender to join our Fuse'd Team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional customer service and mixology. Promotion available with experience.
Responsibilities
- -Provide quality service in a high volume/Craft Cocktails environment
- Be personable with friendly, professional customer interaction skills
- -Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including Signature Cocktails, Beer and Wine
- -Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations
- -Maintain cleanliness of the Bar area and equipment
- -*Weekends Required*
Experience
- -Previous experience working as a Bartender in a Restaurant or Bar is required
- -Leadership/Management experience a plus
- -Knowledge of Food + Drink safety practices and regulations in Illinois
- -Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- -Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus
- -Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service

Cook
We are looking for help in our kitchen at Fuse'd Plainfield. If you love a fun, fast paced environment - then apply today! We are a high volume scratch restaurant. Experience working in a kitchen in the restaurant industry is required. Looking for both Full Time & potentially Part Time depending on the candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week

Dishwasher
Fuse'd is looking for Dishwashers. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Kitchen experience a bonus, line or prep cooking experience would be preferable but not necessary.
$15-$19 based on experience.
