Compensation: $20/Hour + Tips

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bartending Manager to oversee our bar operations. This role combines leadership, creativity and hands-on bartending in a fine dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bar team to ensure exceptional service and adherence to drink standards.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
• Craft and curate high-quality innovative cocktails, ensuring consistency.
• Train and mentor bartenders and support staff while promoting professional growth and teamwork.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and liquor laws.
• Visiting tables to ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

• Proven restaurant and bartending experience in a high-end Restaurant or upscale Bar.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine and beer.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Bartending experience and ability to build consistent Cocktails.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay at $20/Hour plus Tips.
